Swiftly Does It....

Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Thames are celebrating the installation of a brand new nature-inspired sculpture at the award-winning Kingsbrook development in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire created by us.

Kingsbrook is the house-builder’s flagship development and it has worked closely with the RSPB to create wildlife friendly spaces throughout the development so that animals can move freely throughout the residential areas.

Kingsbrook development is made up of green space including ponds, parks, meadows, orchards and a nature reserve. These features have been implemented at Kingsbrook to cultivate a sanctuary for wildlife.

Young British Sculptor Charles Elliott and his team at Elliott of London were commissioned to create the two metre Verdigris and gold swift sphere to celebrate Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ partnership with the RSPB and the reintroduction of swifts into the area.

with the final result of our swift sphere, it’s been a team effort and I hope that the residents at Kingsbrook will enjoy it for years to come.”
